Job summary

Charlie Health in Maryland is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD to join our founding go-to-market team and scale our Substance Use Disorder program nationwide. You will educate referral partners, build trusted relationships, and travel to Western Maryland to drive growth across our SUD offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in healthcare outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-level GTM strategy focused on growing our SUD program.
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners.
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about SUD programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion.
• Represent Charlie Health at events, conferences, and educational sessions.
