Charlie Health is seeking a Territory Manager, SUD, based on Maryland's Eastern Shore, to scale our nationwide behavioral health program. You will develop territory GTM strategies, build trusted relationships with SUD referral partners, and educate providers on our integrated care.

The role requires 4+ years in sales or BD, willingness to travel, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset. You will work with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to drive growth and improve access to

Formación

4+ years of sales or business development experience.
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred.
Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy for the SUD program.
Build deep relationships with SUD referral partners.
Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week.
Identify barriers to treatment and improve access to care.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the growth motion.
Represent Charlie Health at community settings and industry events.
Gather feedback to refine messaging and strategies.
