Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Substance Use Counselor Certified to serve as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on substance use. Credentials CADC/CATC or SUDCC and at least six months in addictions settings are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and CADC/CATC/SUDCC or WA CDP/LISAC/LASAC/LSAT certification.
• Six months of experience in addictions setting.
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified by start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on substance use.
• Assist individuals to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
