Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Case Manager Substance Use Counselor Certified who serves as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on substance abuse and addictions, to help them live as independently as possible in their chosen community. This full-time role follows a schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation starts between $26.46 and $32.69 per hour, with geographic differentials based on location; starting pay is commensurate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus relevant certification.
• 6 months' addictions setting experience.
• All certifications kept current during employment.
• Ability to manage billing requirements within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on substance abuse and addictions.
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in the community.
