Telecare Corporation is seeking a full-time Case Manager Substance Use Counselor to support individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders in the San Diego area. The role focuses on helping clients achieve independence in their communities through comprehensive case management and counseling services.

Qualifications include CADC/CATC/SUDCC certifications and at least 6 months of addictions experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure or certification as a substance use disorder professional as required for the role.
• Minimum 6 months experience in an addictions setting.
• Ability to manage billing codes within 2 months of employment.
• Must maintain credentials for duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance abuse.
• Assist clients to live independently in their chosen community.
• Coordinate care and provide services in collaboration with community resources.
