This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers a starting wage range of $26.46 to $32.69 per hour, with geographic pay differentials and potential opportunities for transfer or continued employment based on performance.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CADC/CATC/SUDCC/CDP credentials.
• Six months' experience in addictions setting.
• Certifications must be maintained during employment.
• Ability to learn billing codes within two months.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required by start date.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and substance use needs.
• Assist clients to live independently in their community with housing stability focus.
• Coordinate behavioral health care, outreach, assessments, and referrals.
