Job summary

Telecare is hiring a Case Manager Counselor CADC CATC SUDCC in San Diego. This full-time, benefits-eligible position focuses on case management for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Schedule is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Starting wage range is $26.46–$32.69 per hour, with geographic differentials applied. Responsibilities include coordinating services, supporting housing stability, and promoting independence within the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II/III/IV or WA CDP equivalent
• Six months’ experience in addictions setting
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified or equivalent at start of employment
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance use and recovery goals.
• Assist clients to live independently in the community, coordinating services and supports.
• Engage in housing stabilization and community-based outreach with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach
