Telecare Corporation is seeking a Case Manager Substance Use Counselor Certified to support individuals with mental illness, focusing on independent living and substance abuse recovery. You will coordinate services, monitor progress, and link clients with community resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II/III/IV, or CDP WA certification, LISAC/LASAC/LSAT AZ requirements
• Six months' experience in addictions setting
• All certifications must be maintained for duration of employment
• Within two months of employment, ability to apply billing requirements and learn billing codes
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• Must be credentialed as a qualified mental health professional, where applicable
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required and maintained
