Telecare Corporation is seeking a Case Manager Substance Use Counselor. The role focuses on assisting individuals with mental illness in living independently, with emphasis on substance use treatment. Schedule is full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Starting wage is $26.46-$32.69 per hour, with geographic differentials. Wages depend on experience and location; benefits and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with CADC/CATC/SUDCC/SUDCC II–IV or WA CDP equivalent.
• Six months of experience in addictions settings.
• Certifications must be maintained for duration of employment.
• Within two months, able to apply billing requirements and learn codes.
• Credentialed as a qualified mental health professional where applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications current.

Responsabilités

• Primary support and case management for individuals with mental illness and substance use needs.
• Assist clients to live independently in their community.
• Coordinate services and drive client engagement in treatment.
