Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Sales transformation practice (EY Studio+) to reimagine sales capabilities across strategy, operations, processes, and technology. You will work with client teams to drive revenue growth and optimize efficiency through lead-to-cash initiatives.

You’ll lead project work across sales processes, CRM/CPQ/CLM tools, and emerging AI trends, mentoring junior staff while delivering high-impact engagements globally. Travel up to 50–80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) in marketing, business, analytics, or related field; MBA or equivalent can be considered.
• 3+ years of work experience in consulting or industry with commercial focus.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in workshop planning, current state assessment, gap analysis, and roadmap definition.
• Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders and travel up to 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external research on leading practices for B2C and B2B sales organizations.
• Lead client stakeholder interviews to understand the landscape and identify opportunities.
• Document sales processes and enabling technologies for each process.
• Prepare materials and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with executives to assess strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies.
