Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Torrance to lead the store's guest experience and business targets. The role partners with the General Manager to drive the sales strategy, staffing, and coaching of the Sales & Service team.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the GM to close gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team for an exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the GM to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Lead the team with accountability, coaching, talent development and clear communication.
• Establish internal and external pipeline through recruitment planning.
