Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experience and sales strategy in our Los Angeles store, partnering with the General Manager to drive targets and elevate talent. This role emphasizes exceptional service, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration within a retail environment.

You will oversee Sales & Service operations, manage scheduling, monitor expenses, and contribute to quarterly business planning to maximize performance while maintaining brand standards.

• Build client relationships daily and ensure effective floor coverage and selling initiatives.
• Partner with General Manager to craft and implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings, monitor budget and key metrics, and inform planning.
