Job summary

ALO in the United States is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s sales, service, and people leadership initiatives. You will drive guest experience, sales targets, and talent development while moving throughout the store to lead by example.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Full-time, on-site schedule with weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor through coaching and training.
• Develop client relationships and maintain high guest connection daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage via workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy.
