Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Beverly Hills, CA, to lead the store's guest experience, sales targets, and team development. The role requires driving performance, coaching staff, and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere across the floor and back of house.

The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration with the General Manager, and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Sufficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Agile mindset with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Independent work ethic with strong time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with GM to address gaps.
• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience and coaching.
• Maintain client relationships and daily engagement with customers.
• Ensure floor coverage and implement workforce solutions to support selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with GM to define and execute Sales & Service strategy.
