Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Troy, MI to lead the store’s guest experience and sales performance. You will guide the Sales & Service team, coach staff, and maintain strong client relationships while executing the store’s service strategy with the General Manager.

This full-time role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on metrics. You’ll partner with leadership to optimize coverage, deliver coaching, and implement strategic initiatives that elevate the brand and guest

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalation process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and execute the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Represent the business in meetings and with the GM; monitor budget, metrics and planning.
