Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s sales and guest experience strategy, guiding the team to deliver exceptional service and performance. The role requires active leadership, coaching, and day-to-day management to ensure guest satisfaction and business targets are met.

The position is full-time with open/close/weekend shifts; competitive benefits and a comprehensive rewards package accompany the base pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor through managing guest connections and product education, with coaching for improvement.
• Build client relationships daily with customers and partners.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy store-wide.
