Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s Sales & Service team and elevate the guest experience. The role collaborates with the General Manager on strategy, budgeting, and operations to ensure exceptional service and sales performance.

The position requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams while balancing business needs and brand culture. Full-time role with occasional opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with GM
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Manage guest relationships daily and ensure floor coverage
• Partner with GM to implement Sales & Service strategy
