Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in a full-time capacity to lead the store’s Sales & Service team, drive guest experience, and meet business targets. You will partner with the General Manager to implement the store strategy, hire and coach staff, and ensure consistent operations and performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and workflows while maintaining Alo’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Aligns with and embodies Alo’s guiding principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escape process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and implement it.
