Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, ensuring we meet engagement targets, educate guests, and foster a service-led environment that sets our stores apart.

You will lead Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruit and develop talent, collaborate with Operations and Visual leads on budgets and inventory, and translate metrics into action.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Motivated, results-driven team player.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
