Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Westport, CT to drive profitability and efficiency within the store leadership team. The role requires hands-on supervision on the sales floor and in back of house, collaborating closely with Operations and Visual Managers to optimize operations and guest experience.

The position demands moving through all store areas, executing inventory controls, and leading a team of Operations Associates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to move around the store and assist guests.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix process gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor sets and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom standards to support safe, efficient operations.
