Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead in Brooklyn, NY to join the store leadership team and drive profitability and efficiency. You will lead inventory processes, monitor shrink, and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

You will collaborate with Visual and Operations Managers, manage shipments and replenishment, uphold safety and stockroom standards, and model ALO's guiding principles while growing talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Values feedback and provides constructive input.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues with the GM to fix gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates and supplies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe, efficient operation with solid stockroom standards.
