Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The candidate will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers, move on the sales floor as needed, and oversee recruitment and development of talent while upholding ALO’s standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to move dynamically on the retail floor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended shifts.
• Align with ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with the GM to address gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Maintain safe work environment with strong stockroom processes.
