Job summary

ALO seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in our store leadership team. This role partners with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate, coach, and deliver strong results across inventory, shipments, floor replenishment, and visual standards.

The position oversees Operations Associates, recruits and develops talent, and uses performance metrics to shape strategies while maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and receptive to receiving feedback.
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager to improve processes.
• Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, transfers, floor replenishment and floor set updates.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and safe work environment.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Operations Associates; provide feedback for growth.
