Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will lead inventory, shipments, replenishment, and floor operations while coaching a team to perform at a high level.

You will partner with store leadership to analyze metrics, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure strong guest experiences through consistent execution of standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root-cause issues in inventory with GM to improve processes.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and BOH stockroom standards.
