Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will drive profitability and efficiency, coaching teams and coordinating with Operations & Visual Managers to execute everyday tasks.

You will own inventory management, shrink reduction, and floor replenishment, while upholding visual standards and a safe, efficient work environment. This role offers growth, leadership development, and competitive compensation as we expand our brand in the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision making.
• Values and receptiveness to feedback.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around store areas.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10–15 kg and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with General Manager to fix gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
