Job summary

ALO in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in store operations. You will lead inventory management, shipments, and floor replenishment while maintaining visual standards and a safe work environment.

You will partner with the store leadership team to manage budgets, reporting, and staff development, moving dynamically on the retail floor to meet the business needs and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for long periods.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with General Manager.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor set and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Operations staff.
• Provide constant feedback to drive individual growth in partnership with the store leader.
