Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Dedham, MA. You will drive profitability, coach the team, and coordinate with Operations & Visual Managers to ensure efficient total-store operations.

The role requires constant movement, hands-on inventory control, and leading by example in guest experience and performance metrics. Join a team that values mindfulness and community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Value feedback, receptive to receiving and giving feedback.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach to profitability and efficiency.
• Manage inventory to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink; root cause issues.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Operations Associates; provide feedback for growth.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, team, and guests.
