ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency, collaborating with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback across the team. The role covers inventory management, visual standards, and floor operations to support the store's success.

The position is full-time in a high-energy retail environment, requiring flexibility for peak days and weekends, including the holiday blackout period.

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the GM to elevate process or system gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards and processes.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guests.
• Directly oversee the Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
