ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations, working with the Operations & Visual Managers to execute tasks and provide feedback. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and in the stockroom to keep the store inviting and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with good decision-making.
• Value feedback and actively give/receive it.
• Self-motivated with team and individual drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Constant movement around store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, kneel, climb and move in various positions.
• Able to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with GM.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe work environment and stockroom processes.
• Partner with managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
• Use metrics to drive business-drivers and adjust as needed.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet guest and business needs.
