Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join the store leadership team in Chicago. You will drive profitability and efficiency by coaching the team, delegating work, and using feedback to improve processes.

This role partners with the Operations & Visual Manager to optimize inventory, shipments, and floor operations while maintaining safety and guest experience. The Lead is full-time, 32–40 hours per week, with variable shifts including peak days and weekends and blackout period during the holiday

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Values feedback and receptive to it.
• High energy, upbeat with ability to mix fun and work.
• Self-motivated with focus on results and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Manage shipment, receiving, and floor replenishment.
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor.
• Oversee operations associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with managers to manage budgets, expenses, and facilities.
• Move on the retail floor to support business needs and guest experience.
