Job summary

ALO is seeking a dedicated Operations Lead in Ashburn, VA to drive profitability and operational efficiency. This role partners with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate, supervise, and provide feedback across store operations, inventory management, and guest service.

You will lead the team on inventory accuracy, staffing, and processes, ensuring strong visual standards and a safe, efficient work environment. This is a full-time role with weekend availability.

• The role requires 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead & execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
