Job summary

ALO seeks an Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency across all store activities. The role involves constant movement, coaching, and hands-on work on the floor and in back-of-house operations to maintain a safe, inviting retail environment.

Responsibilities include leading inventory processes, supporting visual standards, and partnering with managers on budgets and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Willingness to provide and receive feedback.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Coordinate shipments, receiving, and floor replenishments.
• Ensure store safety, visual standards, and efficient back-of-house operations.
• Partner with managers to manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
