Job summary

ALO seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency within the store leadership team. You will oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and floor management while coaching a team on process improvements.

You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Managers, monitor budgets, and ensure safe, high‑quality guest experiences. The role requires hands‑on leadership on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Welcomes feedback and provides feedback
• Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in and around store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues partnering with GM
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, floor recovery and replenishment
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes
• Oversee the Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent
• Use performance tools to evaluate staff and drive improvement
