Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team on inventory, floor replenishment, and visual merchandising to ensure an inviting, safe, and efficient store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in client-centric roles, can lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive on teamwork and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Part-time non-exempt role with open availability and Blackout period coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the store.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with the manager to close process gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain and champion visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to optimize operations.
