Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual strategy, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. You’ll own inventory controls, labor scheduling, and visual execution to optimize performance and guest experience.

You will report to the General Manager and work with the Store Leadership Team to manage budgets, metrics, and planning. This full-time role requires leadership and a proactive mindset aligned with ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with GM to escalate gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support budget, reporting, and KPI tracking; plan labor to receive inventory.
• Lead a team with coaching, development and clear communication.
