Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate in Jacksonville. You will be the first contact for prospective and current members, delivering excellent service, handling memberships, and driving sales to meet studio goals.

The role blends sales, customer service, and daily studio operations in a fast-paced fitness environment. You will engage with the community and support retention efforts while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Conduct consultations to understand fitness goals and recommend options.
• Schedule and promote intro classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain documentation of sales activities in ClubReady.
• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Build relationships to enhance engagement and retention.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Resolve concerns or escalate to leadership.
• Represent the studio at local events and promotional initiatives.
• Support grassroots marketing to increase brand awareness.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings.
• Assist with opening/closing studio procedures.
• Act as acting studio leader in absence of GM when designated.
