Job summary

Club Pilates Apex is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective and current members. This role blends sales, service, and operations to create an exceptional studio experience.

As a brand ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings, you will drive memberships, support retention, and foster a welcoming community while performing daily studio tasks and representing the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand fitness goals and recommend membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and member interactions in ClubReady.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting members and guests, and create a positive studio atmosphere.
• Build relationships with members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, texts, and walk-in inquiries.
• Resolve member concerns or escalate to studio leadership as needed.
• Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
• Process member account requests (freezes, cancellations, updates) per policy.
• Comply with Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and act as studio leader when needed.
• Represent the studio at local events and promotions to generate new leads.
