Club Pilates Front Desk/Sales Associate is the first point of contact for prospective and current members, driving membership sales and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced wellness studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
