Job summary

Club Pilates Cary is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective and current members. You will drive membership sales, deliver exceptional member service, and support daily studio operations in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Preferred: Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industries.
• Preferred: Experience meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance metrics.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ClubReady or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate membership sales through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Conduct consultations to understand fitness goals and recommend options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into members.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Document sales activities and member interactions in ClubReady.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting members and guests.
• Build relationships to boost engagement and retention.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Resolve member concerns or escalate to leadership.
• Support daily studio operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Process account requests (freezes, cancellations, updates).
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned.
• Act as acting studio leader in GM's absence.
• Represent studio at local events and promotions.
• Support grassroots marketing to increase brand awareness.
