Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through outreach, follow-up, and relationships.
• Consult with prospects to understand fitness goals and recommend options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects.
• Meet or exceed studio sales goals and document activities in ClubReady.
• Greet members, enhance engagement, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Process account changes (freezes, cancellations) per policy.
• Assist with opening/closing and act as studio leader in absence.
• Represent the studio at local events to grow brand awareness.
