Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate at our Wake Forest studio. As the first touchpoint for visitors and members, you will drive membership sales, deliver exceptional service, and help create a welcoming environment.

You will greet guests, perform consultations, schedule Intro Classes, manage account requests in ClubReady, and support daily studio operations. This role blends sales, customer care, and community engagement to grow membership and foster retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
