Job summary

Club Pilates in Palm Coast, FL seeks a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first contact for members and prospects, acting as a brand ambassador and driving membership sales while ensuring a welcoming studio experience.

In this fast-paced role you will handle inquiries, schedule Intro Classes, maintain records in ClubReady, and support daily operations—blending customer service, sales, and community outreach to grow memberships and foster studio culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand fitness goals and recommend membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
• Deliver exceptional service by warmly greeting members and guests and creating a positive, professional studio atmosphere.
• Build strong relationships with members to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and walk-in inquiries.
• Resolve member concerns or elevate issues appropriately to studio leadership.
• Support daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Process member account requests, including freezes, cancellations, and account updates in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing studio procedures as assigned.
• Serve as the acting studio leader in the absence of the General Manager when designated.
• Represent the studio at local networking events, community activities, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts designed to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Act as a positive ambassador for Club Pilates and Aligned Fitness Holdings within the local community.
