Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Conduct consultations to understand fitness goals and recommend memberships.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities in ClubReady.
• Greet members and create a welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Support studio operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Represent the studio at local events and promote brand awareness.
