Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Front Desk/Sales Associate to be the first contact for prospective and current members. You will drive membership sales, support retention, and create a welcoming studio experience aligned with our brand.

This role blends sales, customer service, and studio operations. You will greet guests, process account requests, schedule intro classes, and represent the studio at local events while upholding Club Pilates policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, scheduling systems, and MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
• Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
• Schedule and promote Intro Classes to convert prospects into active members.
• Meet or exceed individual and studio sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, communications, and member interactions within ClubReady.
