Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach a team of teachers, and deliver a premium in‑studio experience. You will work with your District Manager to drive member growth and uphold CorePower’s values across the community.

You will recruit and train staff, ensure policy alignment, and optimize schedules to serve students while meeting revenue targets. This role requires 40+ hours weekly, weekend availability, and a passion for growing community through yoga.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross‑functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic studio environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own day‑to‑day studio operations, lead teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Collaborate with local sales to generate membership leads and reach goals.
• Recruit, train and onboard teachers and staff according to class counts.
• Meet targets for membership, revenue from teacher training, and attendance.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) when needed.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience team members.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and align with regional/company goals.
• Commit to 40+ hours weekly in-studio with variable shifts, including weekend.
