Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead studio operations, coach teachers, and cultivate a premium in-studio experience for our community.

You will recruit and train staff, drive membership growth, and partner with the district manager to achieve studio goals. The role requires 40+ hours per week, including weekends, and a focus on delivering CorePower’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growing community and meeting key metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count, attendance, and retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience staff to deliver an excellent studio experience.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and support regional/company initiatives.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including weekends; may require extra hours.
