Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience while building a strong community. You will manage day-to-day processes, mentor a teaching team, and collaborate with the District Manager to drive growth and achieve studio goals.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a studio management or leadership position, plus experience in training, with a focus on KPI-driven performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; multitasking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Lead membership leads generation with local sales to achieve studio membership goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff accurately according to class count goal.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and through lifetime with revenue, profitability and culture growth.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including at least one weekend day; flexible to meet business needs.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week across formats for studio success.
• Enforce Core Values, Employee Handbook and policies; coordinate with analytics for schedule optimization.
