CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, coach the teaching team, and create a premium in-studio experience. You will drive membership growth, oversee class scheduling, and ensure clean, safe studio standards.

This role emphasizes community-building and leadership across a growing studio network. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance targets while collaborating with district leadership to achieve company-wide goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting key KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and seniority.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to daily studio operations, lead teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s) with local sales.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, training revenue, class count and attendance.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent studio experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and support regional initiatives.
• Commit to 40+ hours/week, in-studio with weekend work and on‑call availability.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
