CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks a Studio Manager to lead operations for a York area studio, delivering a world-class experience. You will coach the teaching team, manage a premium in-studio environment, and drive membership growth while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

You will oversee staff scheduling, training, and adherence to CorePower policies, aiming to sustain studio profitability and a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience preferred, 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing community and KPIs.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff accurately according to class count goal.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, training revenue, class count and attendance.
