Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will build a team, partner with local sales, and drive membership goals.

This role requires at least 2 years in studio leadership, a 200HR certification preferred, and a scheduling-driven, customer-focused mindset. Expect 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all day-to-day operations, lead teaching team and Studio Coordinators, partner with local sales to generate membership leads.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff per class count goal.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, revenue, class count, attendance, retention, and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening, drive revenue and profitability, align with regional goals.
• Commit to 40+ hours/week and work weekends; be available as on-call manager.
• Teach minimum 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
• Ensure policy compliance and uphold Core Values.
• Work with analytics to optimize attendance and schedules.
